Formation Program
The Formation program is a cohort-based theological training program consisting of nine core modules delivered through guided instruction, supervised learning activities, and competency-based assessment. The course integrates biblical knowledge, spiritual formation, leadership development, and practical ministry application. Student progress is measured through assignments, attendance, and a structured Student Outcome Framework that evaluates demonstrated competencies over the duration of the program. Certification is granted only upon verified completion of all required learning modules and successful achievement of all defined student outcomes, as confirmed by assigned mentors and instructors.
